What I like in this diagram is the less is more concept. It gives a clear overview of the transitions and marks the mainstream use of the application. On the other hand I think labels of actions on the arrows could help clarify the diagram. Just as Vincent noted.

Maybe it's not a bad idea to put something next to the arrows. Like that it's easier to understand for people who don't know yet the application.
